1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Health and personal care items.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@chauuae.com.
